Delivery will only be made to the billing address specified on the original order.
Delivery appointments are available during the following allocated times: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday and Saturday and within the am (9am-1pm) or pm (1pm-5pm).
The seller shall not be liable for any delay howsoever caused.
Delivery is officially to the front door only, but goods may be taken to the room of your choice at the driver’s discretion, and at the customers own risk.
We cannot collect or dispose of your existing furniture.
Most goods will require some form of assembly and it is the Buyer’s responsibility to assemble the goods. Fitting service available upon request. (Chargeable).
Failure to be at home at the agreed delivery time will incur a re-delivery charge of £49.95 to cover costs incurred.
Once your order has arrived into our warehouse we will contact you to arrange delivery. We can keep your order for a maximum of 14 days only, after that your order will be put into storage. This will incur a charge of £25 per week.
